Do you offer FPV drone flythroughs for Real Estate?Yes. It is one of our most popular services. But, as with all of our drone services, if there are safety concerns, the photographer may decide it is not safe to fly indoors. What is your turnaround time?Next day delivery for images and two day delivery for 3D tours and video clips.

Do I have to be on the property during the appointment?No. As long as we have access to get in to the property we don't require anyone to be there.

How do I contact my photographer?Our photographers spend much of their day in the field and are often unavailable to answer phone calls or quickly respond to requests. Do you offer twilight photography, sky, and grass replacements?Yes, many of our pricing plans offer simulated twilight photos at not additional charge.

How high can you fly a drone?Our photographers follow the recommended guidelines of aviation authorities and fly below 400 feet (121 meters) for aerial photography. In certain locations, additional airspace restrictions may require that we fly lower or cancel the shoot (if drones are not permitted within that area). Restricted airspaces can include: Sports stadiums Airports Special use airspaces Security-sensitive airspaces Please be aware that we are also not typically permitted to fly our drones over public or common spaces, such as public parks, beaches, and homeowners associations, so we cannot complete aerial subdivision shoots and do not offer aerial stock images.

Can you fly at night?Special permits are required to fly later than 30 minutes after sunset.

How to prepare for drone photography and videography?• A punch list/ shot list is not required, but it can be very helpful in providing direction for our photographer during your shoot - especially if you will not be present. • If possible, move any vehicles in drive ways or that may be blocking key areas of your property • Clean up trash and debris • Notify staff whenever possible and advise them to avoid certain areas that will be photographed during certain times • Ensure you are not in a restricted area like near a stadium during a game or near a large airport, if you are notify your pilot immediately • Check the weather, if the forecast calls for rain it is likely your appointment will need to be moved • Make a note of any potential safety hazards like power lines or tall structures, make sure your drone pilot is aware of them The most important thing to do prepare is to trust your pilot. They are trainer processionals that have lots of experience flying around properties just like yours.
